Rules for First Name and Last Name: Only letters, hyphens, periods, single quotes, and spaces are allowed. Maximum of 30 Characters.
Rules for Username: Only letters and numbers are allowed. Must include at least 1 letter. Maximum of 20 Characters. Can't be taken.
Rules for Password: Password must include at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 special char and be 10-20 chars long.
Rules for Email and Phone Number: Must be valid and can't be taken.
Rules for all Fields: Can't be empty.
